Position : Staff Sales & Marketing
Qualification :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Sales & Marketing Staff in a rattan furniture manufacturing company is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and conduct professional follow-ups.
- Familiarity with sales processes, price quotations, and sales administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
JOb Desc :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Prepare price quotations, sales documents, and other required sales administration.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, PPIC, QC, and Shipping, to ensure customer orders are processed according to plan.
- Monitor production progress and shipment schedules and provide regular updates to customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers to support business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Ensure all customer data, sales transactions, and sales activities are properly documented.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales pipelines, and order progress.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
