Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for cosmetics and skincare products.
- Handle and follow up leads from digital marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Acquire new customers, resellers, agents, and potential business partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products.
- Communicate product information, promotions, pricing, and benefits effectively.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, to closing.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to maximize campaign-generated leads.
- Prepare regular sales reports and achieve assigned sales KPIs.
