Job Summary
Experienced Sales Marketing Staff is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with international and domestic clients, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role plays a key part in promoting the company's premium handcrafted products, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, proactive, and confident in communicating with global clients in English.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related role, preferably in the manufacturing, export, or handicraft industry.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is mandatory, with excellent communication and negotiation skills for handling international clients.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, achieve sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
