As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business presentations for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Based in the JABODETABEK area.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the heavy equipment, excavator, construction, or related industries.
- Strong network within the construction, mining, or heavy machinery sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
