Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve sales targets for hotel rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, and other hotel facilities.
- Promote hotel services and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, travel agents, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Develop and implement hotel promotional programs and marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts, create promotional content, and update digital marketing materials.
- Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, telemarketing, and regular client relationship management.
- Monitor market rates, competitor activities, and hospitality industry trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, target achievements, and promotional performance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
