Responsibilities:
- Highly target-oriented and revenue-driven.
- Proactive in finding new customers and business opportunities.
- Confident in approaching and negotiating with potential clients.
- Strong in networking and relationship building.
- Creative in developing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Comfortable conducting field sales and client visits.
- Strong in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Able to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
- Passionate about the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Restaurant / F&B, Hotel / Hospitality, Event & Entertainment)
- Experience working with hotels, villas, travel agents, tour operators, corporate companies, or event organizers is an advantage.
- Sales & Business Development Skills
- Marketing Skills (Understands digital marketing and social media platforms)
- Communication Skills (Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Confident in communicating with customers, English proficiency is required).
