About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at PT Baria Bulk Terminal as a Sales & Marketing professional. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and growing the company's presence in the North Jakarta Jakarta market. Your strategic sales and marketing efforts will be crucial in expanding the organisation's client base and achieving its ambitious growth objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the North Jakarta Jakarta area
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline
What we're looking for
- Having background sales in fuel, chemical and heavy equipment minimum 2 years
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the Sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business
- Adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
