As an Interior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor for clients in selecting furniture that aligns with their interior design concepts, spatial requirements, and style preferences. You will be responsible for delivering professional showroom service, explaining product details, preparing quotations, and conducting follow-ups throughout the entire sales process.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3); Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is preferred, especially in Interior Design, Architecture, Communication, or Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in an interior showroom, furniture showroom, interior design studio, or luxury retail industry.
- Strong interest in interior design and space aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Able to communicate in English at least on a passive level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for administrative tasks and quotation preparation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales revenue targets.
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors with professional and representative customer service standards.
- Identify clients’ needs and provide consultation regarding furniture selections that suit their interior design concepts and space requirements.
- Explain product details to clients, including design, materials, finishing, functionality, and furniture craftsmanship advantages.
- Prepare and present quotations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding ordering, production, and product delivery processes.
