About the Role
PT. Sahe Global Indo’ is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager Freight Forwarding to lead our sales operations in the Jakarta Utara region. In this full-time role, you will drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and strengthen our market presence through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1) Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
2) Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize performance
3) Identify new business opportunities and secure high-value client contracts
4) Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to guide decision-making
5) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
6) Represent the company at industry events and build strong stakeholder relationships
7) Monitor sales performance and continuously refine strategies to exceed targets
Qualifications
1) Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role (preferably in management/services industry)
2) Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
3) Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
4) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
5) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using sales data and metrics
6) Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
7) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
