Be Our Business Development Associate Jakarta Based

Plan Do See Indonesia is a global hospitality group originating from Japan, operating premium hotels and restaurants across Asia and the United States. We are seeking a Business Development Associate to support business growth and strategic partnerships for our Jakarta outlets.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (hospitality or F&B industry preferred).

- Jakarta-based with strong understanding of the South Jakarta market.

- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

- Strong interest in lifestyle and F&B industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the business objective and revenue targets.

- Prospecting, cold calling, meeting and leading negotiations with potential clients to get new acquisitions and partnership of corporate deals and community based.

- Create customized proposals and presentations to pitch products, services and partnership models.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients and partners

Collaborate and coordinate with the internal team, i.e., marketing team, operations, and kitchen team to execute the sales program.

- Work with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and campaigns for our outlet. Create, manage and lead the B2B / corporate event, group booking and sales private event in the Jakarta outlet.
