WE ARE HIRING

Sales Marketing Executive (Packaging Industry – Paper & Plastic)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Marketing Executive in the packaging industry.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the packaging industry (paper & plastic products)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record
Experienced in handling and managing customers/clients
Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Good understanding of packaging products (product details can be viewed on the company website)

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Promote and market the company’s products
Achieve sales targets set by the company
Conduct regular follow-ups and monitor customer needs

Benefits:

Salary: IDR 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 (based on experience and number of customers previously handled)
BPJS Health & Employment Insurance
Annual bonus
