Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Marketing professional to join Bali Beans Coffee & Co. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting our products, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and has a friendly, positive attitude with a passion for connecting with people.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
Promote Bali Beans Coffee & Co. products and services.
Active to follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
Support marketing activities, events, and promotions.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.
Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields min. 1 year.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Friendly, positive, and confident personality.
Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiar with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
