We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Technical Sales professional to develop Coreshield insulation and passive fire protection products in the industrial market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers in the industrial sector, including factories, contractors, and project owners.
- Conduct direct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Coreshield products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Experience in industrial insulation, passive fire protection, or Coreshield products is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to conduct regular factory visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting.
- Willing to work in Cisauk, Tangerang.
