Job Descriptions:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Manage key customer accounts and act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable telecommunication solutions and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and negotiate business agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and business objectives.
- Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and business presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom products, network services, ICT solutions, AI, or telecommunication infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both oral and written)
