- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals for both services and IP from Maika Collective.
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients.
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
- Keep up with the sales target which is already set by the company (individual sales targets with the sales team).
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the media / agency industry, it's a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
