Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Manager Sekolah OS
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced, high-drive Sales Manager to lead outbound business development and direct B2B sales for our School Management System (SekolahOS). You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting private schools, foundations (yayasan), and institutional leaders to running product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing annual SaaS subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build and execute a regional outreach strategy targeting K-12 private schools, international schools, and madrasahs across key metro areas.
Stakeholder Engagement: Pitch and build rapport with C-suite and educational leaders: School Foundations (Ketua Yayasan), Principals (Kepala Sekolah), IT Directors, and Finance Heads.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact software demos showing how the platform solves pain points across student admissions, billing/tuition collection, academic grading, and parent communications.
Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage the sales pipeline in CRM from initial qualification to closed-won; develop commercial proposals and negotiate annual SaaS licensing terms.
Tender & Procurement Support: Navigate institutional procurement cycles, administrative requirements, and committee approvals common in private education networks.
Market Intelligence: Feed front-line customer feedback, pricing objections, and competitor benchmarks back to product and leadership teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3–6 years of B2B solution sales experience, preferably selling SaaS, ERP, EdTech, or enterprise software to schools, universities, or non-profit foundations.
Network: Existing relationships or strong familiarity with private school networks and educational foundations in Indonesia is a significant advantage.
Skills: Excellent consultative selling, objection handling, and executive presentation capabilities.
Mindset: Proactive hunter mentality, resilient through long multi-stakeholder sales cycles (typically 1–4 months).
Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English.
