We're Hiring – Sales Manager
SIKI Nusa Dua is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and business partners.
- Maintain and expand the existing client portfolio through proactive sales activities.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking activities.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Represent SIKI Nusa Dua at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong network within the corporate, travel, and hospitality sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and networking opportunities.
