Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Generating new business, pursuing Top Brands for placement & winning every pitch invited.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and experience.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Senior Sales Executive/Sales Manager experience in the AGENCY/MEDIA/TALENT MANAGEMENT industry

• Experience in leading and managing sales team

• Ability to influence and negotiate; priorities, meet deadlines; multitask

• Business development, business analyst and project management experience

• Experience managing customer relationships at a strategic level

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
