Responsibilities:
Lead and Motivate
- Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
Team Development
- Train, and mentor the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reports to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor degree S1 from any major.
- Minimum 5 year experiences in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and Bahasa.
- Motivated, honest, and reliable.
- Strongly service oriented.
- High levels of energy and a huge dose of optimism and positivity.
- Creative in finding new ways to sell our packaging products.
- Ability to build long term trustful customer relationships.
- Accurate in reporting and organising data.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten.
