Key Responsibilities
1. Develop New Business Opportunities
• Proactively identify and approach potential customers.
• Build strong relationships with interior design companies, renovation companies, interior designers and homeowners.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through networking, referrals and business partnerships.
• Expand business opportunities through designer channels, home renovation projects and local communities.
2. Build Designer & Partner Relationships
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with interior designers and renovation companies.
• Introduce EcoWater products and whole-home water solutions to business partners.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for partner companies when required.
• Support partners in recommending suitable water solutions to their customers.
3. Provide Professional Sales Consultation
• Understand customers' lifestyle, family needs and water usage requirements.
• Recommend personalized whole-home water solutions based on local water conditions and customer needs.
• Explain product features, benefits and value clearly and professionally.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the consultation process.
4. Follow Up Sales Opportunities
• Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations and product proposals.
• Coordinate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
5. Customer Relationship Management
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct post-installation follow-up visits or calls.
• Encourage customer referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the internal system.
6. Support Marketing Activities
• Store events
• Shopping mall roadshows
• Home exhibitions
• Community activities
• Product demonstrations
• Customer seminars
7. Continuous Learning
• Complete all EcoWater product and sales training programs.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and consultative selling skills.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the EcoWater brand with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Education
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
• 1–3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in home appliances, water treatment, sanitary ware, kitchen & bathroom products, interior materials, home improvement or renovation industries is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
