Responsible to sets the company's overall sales vision, develops strategies to hit revenue targets, manages and motivates large sales teams, builds key client relationships, and collaborates cross-functionally (marketing, product) to align sales with business goals, ultimately driving growth and market share.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Having 5-10 years experience in Sales Manager or Senior Sales position.
• Having experiences handling B2B and B2C business, also B2G business
• Having experiences in Building / Glass Material industry is a plus
• Proven history of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, adaptable, thrives under pressure and strong work ethic.
• To be located in Jakarta Barat
