About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment and admissions activities for our new international school in Bali. The successful candidate will manage prospective family inquiries, coordinate school tours, improve enrollment conversion rates, and develop strategies to attract and retain students. This role is ideal for a professional with strong sales, customer relationship management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement student recruitment and admissions strategies.
- Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to student enrollment.
- Respond to prospective parents and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Organize school tours, open days, trial visits, and admissions events.
- Maintain an accurate database of prospective and enrolled students.
- Monitor leads, conversion rates, enrollment targets, and admissions performance.
- Build relationships with families, community partners, and relevant organizations.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to generate qualified leads.
- Prepare regular reports on enrollment performance and admissions activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve the parent experience and student retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, admissions, customer relations, or business development in international school
- Experience in education or school admissions is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- A target-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
