Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Manager PT Aoltop Global Indonesia
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the national sales strategy and performance for our toiletries product line. You will oversee the entire sales process from planning and execution to monitoring and optimization to ensure company targets are consistently met. You will build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, especially in the modern and general trade channels. Your role also includes mentoring and managing the sales team, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing the Moell brand or similar.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the toiletries or personal care industry
- Prior experience handling Moell or similar brands is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive national sales performance
- Strong network in modern trade and general trade channels
- Solid understanding of sales strategy, distribution, and retail execution
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Results-driven, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
