Kualifikasi:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any background.
- Excellent communication in Mandarin or English.
- Have more than 5 years working experience as Sales Manager in Marketing must in Building Materials.
- Have strong knowledge and experience in Building Materials Retail.
- Have an extensive network with building materials distributors.
- Have knowledge of business process, capable to do marketing planning,
- Plan & execute sales strategy achieve the target set by the management.
- Create creative & innovative approach to help the smooth process target achievement.
- Ability to create agreement with the client & market analysis.
- Good networking, negotiation and communication skills, highly motivated, responsible and responsive.
- Have good inter & intra personal skill, strong Leadership traits, creative, innovative and target oriented focused.
- Strive to achieve a deadline target which will be evaluated monthly.
