As we expand toward regional and global markets, we are building a world-class commercial engine. We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead with strategy, creativity, clarity, and heart — someone who understands both global brand building and mindful leadership.
Role Overview
You will lead the entire Sales Manager of Eling Group — driving revenue strategy, brand positioning, digital growth, partnerships, and multi-unit commercial performance across spa, academy, sanctuary, retreats, and wellness programs.
This role blends big-picture thinking, data-driven decision-making, team leadership, and conscious communication. Your mission: to elevate Eling as a global spiritual wellness brand while ensuring strong, sustainable growth across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Commercial Leadership
Build the commercial strategy for Eling Group’s 2026–2030 expansion plan.
Oversee revenue targets, forecasting, and performance across all units.
Develop pricing strategies, customer journeys, and cross-unit synergy programs.
2. Digital Marketing & Global Brand Expansion
Lead omnichannel marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, PR, and content.
Strengthen global brand positioning across Asia, Australia, and Europe.
Build data-driven funnels for awareness → consideration → booking → retention.
3. Sales Leadership & Partnership Development
Lead corporate sales, OTA, travel partnerships, airlines, hotels, and retreat organizers.
Build international distribution channels for YTT, retreats, and wellness programs.
Develop B2B2C strategies for corporate wellness and global agent networks.
4. Marketing Operations & Performance Optimization
Oversee CRM systems, automation flows, dashboards, and analytics.
Ensure continuous optimization of CAC, ROAS, LTV, occupancy, and lead quality.
Work with cross-functional teams to align creative, operations, and customer experience.
5. Team Leadership & Organizational Alignment
Lead a multi-disciplinary Sales & Marketing team (digital, creative, CRM, partnerships, sales).
Mentor managers and supervisors into high-performing commercial leaders.
Collaborate closely with CEO and department heads to unify direction and execution.
Requirements
Must-Have
5–10 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial roles.
Minimum 5 years in senior leadership (Head/Director level).
Proven success building and scaling multi-unit or multi-market commercial teams.
Strong digital marketing, revenue management, and brand strategy expertise.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in wellness, hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or education sectors.
Familiarity with conscious leadership, community-driven brands, or mindful communication.
Experience expanding brands internationally.
