Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Manager Pt. Kurnia Setia Abadi
- Informing the products and services to prospective customers and screening customers according to existing requirements
- Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, event planning etc.)
- Develop an end-to-end sales strategy; lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc.
- Develop and enforce sales policies Manage sales process and perform planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of sales activities
- Bachelor's Degree in any major (GPA minimal 3.00)
- Successful 5 years experience as a Sales Leader or Sales Manager, preferably in the Pharmacy/Medical Devices/Elderly field
- Having basic selling techniques and negotiation skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, the industry, and client objectives is preferred
- Pleasant personality, age minimum 30 years old
