Sales Manager (B2B Distribution – Muslim Consumer Market) – Nationwide
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead nationwide distribution for a growing portfolio of Muslim-focused consumer products, including electronics and high-demand household goods.
This role requires someone who understands not just distribution — but also how to win in the Muslim consumer segment in Indonesia.
What You Will Handle
- Lead nationwide wholesale distribution across Indonesia
- Expand B2B channels: wholesalers, regional distributors, and retail networks
- Build strong partnerships with key players in both traditional and modern trade
- Drive revenue through structured sales strategy and execution
- Manage full sales cycle: acquisition → closing → account growth
- Monitor KPIs and optimize distribution performance
- Deliver market insights, especially on Muslim consumer trends and demand cycles
- Identify opportunities around seasonal spikes (Ramadan, Eid, etc.)
- Strengthen key accounts and increase sales volume consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years in B2B sales / wholesale distribution
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
- Background in Consumer Electronics or FMCG
- Strong network with wholesalers, distributors, or retail buyers
- Proven ability to drive revenue and open new markets
- Strong understanding of Muslim consumer behavior in Indonesia
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills
Preferred Profile
- Experienced in handling products targeting Muslim segments
- Sharp in reading seasonal demand patterns (Ramadan-driven sales, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills (pricing, trade terms, shelf space)
- Able to operate both strategically and on-ground execution
- Solid understanding of margin, pricing structure, and P&L
