Sales Manager

Job Description :

1. Designing sales strategy plans, distribution, and promotions to drive sales growth

2. Leading and managing the sales team, ensuring optimal performance from each team member

3. Achieving company-set sales targets and ensuring sustainable business growth

4. Expanding the sales area nationwide, covering both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade markets

5. Developing and implementing an efficient and sustainable national distribution network (Direct Cover Distribution)

6. Conducting regular evaluations and market analysis to identify new opportunities

7. Analyse competitor activities and formulate strategies to respond

8. Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies

9. Preparing detailed performance and achievement reports as requested by management

Qualifications Required :

1. Maximum age of 45 years old

2. Min. D3

3. At least 3 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the Electronic Home Appliances Industry

4. Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory

5. Experienced in managing both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade markets

6. Target-oriented and able to work under high pressure to achieve company targets

7. Skilled in supervising and executing strategies in detail and consistently

8. Expertise in Route to Market Management and Territory Management
