- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage corporate, travel agent, and OTA accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar position (hotel industry)
- Target-oriented with strong sales performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with Power PRO, OTA, corporate, and travel agent market
- Hold a valid SIM A license
