Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and sales targets.
- Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand corporate and group accounts.
- Develop customized packages and proposals based on client needs and budgets.
- Handle negotiations, presentations, and meetings with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance, customer pipelines, revenue, and target achievement.
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure successful events and excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and recommendations for management.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, MICE, events, or corporate sales.
- Previous experience in leading or managing a sales team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop long term client relationships.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Strategic, proactive, results oriented, and customer focused.
- Able to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Willing to conduct business visits and travel when required.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
