Sales Manager

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

Experience in charcoal, commodity trading, or related industries is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Able to develop new customers and business opportunities.

Target-oriented and proactive.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities:

Develop and achieve sales targets.

Find and develop new customers and markets.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Handle sales negotiations and follow up on business opportunities.

Monitor market trends and competitors.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
