What You’ll Do
- As a Sales Manager, you will drive business growth and lead our sales team:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies and market expansion plans
- Acquire new clients (SMEs, manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (production & operations) to ensure client satisfaction
- Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with team leadership experience
- Background in B2B sales (preferred: packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry)
- Strong leadership and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to handle high-value deals and key clients
- Strong network is a plus
