Requirements:
- Plan and develop sales strategies, manage sales data.
- Achieve the set sales targets.
- Drive market development through new product offerings and customer acquisition.
- Motivate and train the sales team to develop their skills and meet the established sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Provide constructive feedback to the S&M General Manager.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments/units to explore opportunities for entering new markets and implement promotional activities.
Job Description:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1).
- At least 5 years of experience in the Indonesian beverage market.
- Active and creative in product promotion, with the ability to formulate appealing beverages (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of beverage marketing strategies and upselling techniques.
- Proficient in English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of delivering engaging product presentations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate with team members.
- Excellent and effective communication skills.
