Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and partnerships
• Maintain relationships with agents, organizers, and repeat guests
• Increase occupancy and revenue, especially for 3-bedroom villa products
• Conduct sales calls, inspections, and networking activities
• Develop sales strategies for family stay, retreat, event, and group segments
• Coordinate closely with operations team to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in hospitality sales
• Strong knowledge and network within the Ubud market
• Experience handling villa, family, retreat, group, or event market is highly preferred
• Having database/contact for:
o Family travelers
o Event organizers
o Travel agents
o Wedding / gathering market
o Corporate or community groups
• Familiar with OTA, direct booking strategy, and social media sales approach
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and proactive personality
• Able to work independently and as a team
