About the Role

Pixelku.com is looking for a Sales Manager who can lead our Business Development Executive (BDE) team, drive sales performance, and become a product expert in the flexible packaging industry. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Business Development team to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor individual and team leader performance through regular reviews and coaching sessions.
- Ensure the sales pipeline is healthy and opportunities are managed effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of Pixelku's products, materials, printing processes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Department to align lead generation initiatives and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Operational factory teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management.
- Act as the primary escalation point for strategic customers and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Experience in flexible packaging, printing, manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B industrial sales is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and sales management.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and customer visits.
