About the role
Rasoi Bali Indian Restaurant (operated by PT Myra Utama Group) is expanding its marketing team. We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to grow our brand through partnerships in the tourism, wellness and corporate sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify, pitch and secure partnerships with travel agents, DMCs, yoga schools, event organizers and corporate caterers
Run on-the-ground promotions to raise brand visibility and attract new customers
Present Rasoi Bali's dining and catering packages to prospective partners and clients
Gather client feedback, track market trends and send regular reports to the marketing team
Work with the marketing and operations teams so events and reservations from partnerships run smoothly
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales promotion or B2B relationship management
Hospitality or F&B background is a strong plus
Experience in ground and channel promotion
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication skills and fluent English
Online promotion experience is a plus
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a good team player
What we offer
Competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 per month, based on experience
Performance bonus tied to partnership targets and sales growth
Contract of at least 3 months
