Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Manager (Saas) Sampingan
- Define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities;
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline;
- Provide presentations, product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers;
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to clients;
- Providing exceptional understanding and insights of our technology and product.
- Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-based product to a diverse client base;
- Solid experiences in client-facing roles in a rapidly-growing organization
- Working experiences in B2B commercial landscape is a must with proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets in every sales cycle
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
- Impeccable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient written and verbal command of Indonesian and English
- Focus on results and the ability to willingly tackle problems or conflicts
- Independence and reliability, by taking responsibility for their own work.
- Demonstration of excellent behavior in understanding of client servicing ethics (e.g., professionalism and courtesy; willingness to go the extra miles; dedication to provide a satisfactory level of service and motivation to find solutions for the problem)
