- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and manage high-value accounts.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Oversee the negotiation process and ensure contracts and proposals align with company objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Active English both written and verbal
- Experienced in Real estate company especially selling Landed House
