Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage potential clients, sharing the beauty of Bali and Nuanu’s vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Arrange and lead personalized tours of Nuanu and partner developments.
- Represent Nuanu at key events and network with high-profile clients.
- Support clients in decision-making and negotiate deals effectively.
- Stay updated on Bali real estate trends to inform clients and shape sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or property investment consulting.
- Proven track record in handling clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English professionally.
- Familiar with Bali’s property market is a plus.
- Licensed Professional: Valid real estate license (is a plus).
- Willing to be placed in Nuanu Creative City, Bali.
