Sales Manager (Pump)

PT. Mitra Wira Pratama is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Pumps) to lead business growth and strengthen customer relationships in the industrial sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with experience in the industrial pump industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of industrial pump products and applications
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and commercial understanding
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and sales forecasting skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new sales opportunities to achieve business targets
• Conduct technical discussions and clarify customer requirements to provide the best solutions
• Prepare, present, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals
• Lead customer presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
• Monitor order execution and ensure excellent after-sales support
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and prepare periodic reports and sales forecasts
