Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position, preferably from Developer / Property / Landed industry
- Strong understanding of property market trends and sales strategies
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Understand the characteristics of landed houses located in West Jakarta
- Familiar and able to establish cooperation with property agent offices in West Jakarta area
- Have hands-on experience in managing CRM tools and supervising Social Media Ads
- Experience in managing and monitoring a team, and have good managerial and leadership skills
- Good time management
- Fast, proactive, and target-oriented
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Having a strong network within the property industry is a plus
- Placement: Tangerang and project location in West Jakarta
- Project: Casa Varya Residences

1. salary Rp 7,000,000-10,000,000 (can negotiate a higher salary after performing and achieving sales targets)
2. transportation and ads reimburse
3. Commission: 1%-4%
4. OS Commission: 0,1%
5. Closing Fee: Rp 5,000,000-Rp 10,000,000 (depending on the project)
