Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Manager Property (Bandung) 99 Group
- Managing the lead pipeline from raw lead to deal closing
- Giving lead quality feedback to the marketing teams and project manager.
- Holding daily standup meetings with the sales team
- Reviewing communications between the salesperson and consumer
- Reviewing sales and communication quality from the telesales team member assigned to the project
- Proposing, designing, and executing offline sales and open house events
- Open-tabling with the sales team members
- Engaging with corporate contacts to create and offer special corporate deals
- Map the agency territory in the area of the developer product
- Make contact with the agencies
- Arrange product knowledge sessions and other incentives to generate sales
- Assist with the execution of sales and paperwork
- Ensure conduct of team is according to SOPs
- Conduct daily team meetings
- Conduct weekly meetings with managers
- Conduct weekly developer meetings to report sales
- Ensure all sales and lead data remain accurate and up to date
- You will be asked to maintain a strong understanding of the market by researching projects, sales velocity and market trends on a regular basis.
- 3+ years of sales manager experience for property, insurance, banking or similar consumer financial/asset product
- Strong management skills, able to coach/mentor/push sales team regularly
- Detail oriented, ensuring that no potential clients are missed
- Target Oriented. Able toexceedtargets given regardless of obstacles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (i.e. Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity.
- When given the “what” (sales targets) , able to figure out the “how” (all the tasks needed to make it happen) without too much guidance.
- Able to adhere to certain required daily/weekly/monthly tasks such as maintaining sales and leads tracking sheets, internal and client meetings.
- Sense of complete ownership.
- Take a solution-focused approach to all tasks.
- High EQ – able to connect and work well with a spectrum of individuals across departments.

- Manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor of Science degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (sales transaction/ sales agency/ proptech/ consultant/ in the sales team of developer are preferable).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
