We are a newly established company specializing in plastic injection molding machinery from China. To support our growth in Indonesia, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys building customer relationships and driving business development in a dynamic industry.
Job Description:
Develop and execute outdoor sales activities to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
Handle customer enquiries, provide product recommendations, and respond to feedback promptly.
Candidates with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering experience.
Those with hands-on experience in hardware and machinery are also encouraged to apply.
Requirement:
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in plastic machinery, or industrial product.
Must have strong communication and public relations skills in order to build good relationships with customers, understand their needs, solve their problems, and successfully close deals.
Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
Willing to comply with the company's attendance requirements and daily and weekly sales performance tracking system.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Basic English or Chinese proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
Ability to travel overseas for training as required.
Candidates who have studied in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering are highly encouraged to apply.
