Responsibilities:
- Assign monthly and annual sales quotas for individual sales consultants.
- Train staff on the Honda sales process, product knowledge, and handling objections.
- Conduct daily or weekly meetings to review sales pipelines and individual metrics.
- Work closely with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to maximize dealership profit per unit.
- Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure rapid follow-up on digital and walk-in leads.
