About Us
We are a rapidly growing surgical suture manufacturer producing medical devices to meet the needs of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities throughout Indonesia.
As we expand our production capacity and market reach, we are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about growing locally manufactured products and building a successful business together with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, direct, and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales and product specialist teams.
- Build and manage distributor networks across various regions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including hospital directors, department heads, specialist doctors, and procurement teams.
- Manage sales through government procurement channels (LKPP e-Catalog, tenders, DAK/BOK programs) as well as the private sector.
- Identify market opportunities, monitor competitors, and assess the needs of healthcare facilities in target regions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, workshops, and clinical education activities in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Management).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical suture sales, including at least 2 years in a Supervisor or Area Manager position.
- Strong network and relationships with hospitals, distributors, and medical device dealers.
- Good understanding of government procurement processes, including e-Catalog and tender procedures.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for business outside the city.
- Must have a personal vehicle and a valid Class A driving license (preferred).
