Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, particularly corporate, enterprise, banking, retail, and other potential business sectors.
- Develop new business opportunities in IT Solutions and technology-related services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and presentation to negotiation, closing, and account development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT Solutions, IT Outsourcing, Managed Services, System Integration, or the technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new corporate clients.
- Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, technology solutions, and outsourcing business models.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Must be domiciled in Tangerang Selatan (South Tangerang).
- Willing to work onsite at Alam Sutera, BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
- Proactive, results-driven, commercially minded, and capable of working with targets.
