We are in search of a seasoned Sales Manager with a solid background in the freight forwarding industry to kickstart our sales operation in Indonesia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and business development, and possess the necessary skills to both grow our client base and build a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
1.Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Indonesia market.
2.Leverage industry experience and professional network to generate leads and secure new clients.
3.Identify hiring needs, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
4.Mentor team members, providing coaching and personal development to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
5.Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction.
6.Monitor the market, competitor activities, and industry trends to adjust strategies as necessary.
7.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
8.Prepare and present reports on team performance, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
1.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
2.Proven sales experience in the freight forwarding industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
3.Proven ability to recruit, build, and manage a successful sales team.
4.Solid understanding of the freight forwarding market in Indonesia.
5.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
6.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
