Key Responsibilities
•Design and execute the GT channel strategy to reach and activate 10,000 outlets
•Build, lead, and coach a field sales team across assigned territories
•Develop sales systems: route planning, outlet mapping, call cycles, and productivity tracking
•Drive sell-in and sell-out targets across all GT accounts
•Establish and manage relationships with key distributors and sub-distributors
•Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to leadership
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
•Report regularly on KPIs, pipeline, and channel health
Requirements
Experience & Background
•Minimum 5 years of GT sales experience in FMCG or Beverage industry
•Proven track record in building GT channel from ground up or scaling outlet coverage significantly
•Experience managing a field sales team (min. 5 people)
•Strong understanding of GT distribution models, route-to-market, and trade execution
•Age between 28 – 40 years old

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
•Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus
