Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Manager specializing in the FMCG sector. The position is based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing sales teams, identifying new market opportunities, and developing sales strategies to achieve company targets. The role requires collaboration with internal departments and reporting on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management within the FMCG sector
- Strong skills in Relationship Management and Client Engagement
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and the ability to develop effective Sales Strategies
- Leadership experience, including managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
