The Sales Manager (Dealer Motor) Tanjung Uban will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team at a motor dealership in the region. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, overseeing daily sales operations, and ensuring the team is motivated and aligned with company goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular performance reports to senior management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidates must hold an High School minimum and have between 5 and 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or related industry. Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Communication, B2B Sales, Sales Operations, and Team Management are essential.
